Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
How to Return

Contact Us: Email hello@casatevelle.com.au with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.

Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Pack Your Item: Securely package the item with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.

Ship It Back: Send the item to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Faulty or incorrect items: We'll cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or we made an error).
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at hello@casatevelle.com.au with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
- You won't be charged for return shipping
Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
